RANGER / TIM HOLTZ ALCOHOL INK MINI APPLICATOR TOOL 2-PACK

These tools feature soft felt pads attached with velcro to the base of a wooden handle. Use it to apply alcohol inks, mixatives, or blending solutions to surfaces by dabbing them on instead of dropping straight from the bottle.

Tools measure 3" tall with a 1" x 1 1/4" base.
